The Latin American Conference on High Performance Computing (CLCAR) is a regional effort that aims to join the different research communities which work in HPC. In the same way, it serves as a point of encounter where researchers can publish their works, share experiences and review the state of the art regarding to the use of advanced computing in Latin America.
Since 2007, CLCAR, have been hosted by different universities in several countries. This year will be held in the University of Costa Rica in San José.
